Elan Puzzle TBT ski

We designed this brand new Puzzle ski for Elan skis. It is a breakthrough in freestyle skiing with its TBT technology and we received a Ispo Award nomination because of it.
Innovation. TBT technology featuring 3 different running base surfaces under various angles. The middle is flat, in full contact with snow, the side parts in the tip and tail are lifted to prevent the edges catching snow, safe landings and take offs.
Design. The Elan Puzzle TBT's delicate form combines shapes and hand drawn art made by the neo-expressionist Gregor Zakelj (vbg.si). The base of the ski is a part of the redesigned Elan freeski branding concept with its op-art black and white patterns.
Performance. As the name suggests, TBT bases are flat in the middle, but lifted in the inner and outer edges of the skis. This means the ski has a reduced tendency to catch an edge and cut away unintentionally. This brings a more relaxed and safer ride.
